Todd has formed his company with some of the best craftsmen in the homebuilding industry. He and his men have had years of experience in building both custom and panelized homes. You can come to us with your own plans or you can work directly with us to plan and develop your dream home. Hartley Homebuilding can even assist you in finding and purchasing the perfect site for your home. We will do our best to make the building of your dream home a pleasant experience. While some dream homes are built from the ground up, others are “tweaked” into existence through improvements and additions.
