Todd, I just wanted to let you know I’m still spreading the news about how happy we’ve been with our home-building process so far. I don’t think either Cathy or I expected to get the kind of personal service we’ve been getting. We’ve been very pleased with the way things have gone so far, and you’ve done a fantastic job.

Todd, I can tell you this, after listening to all of our neighbors complain about their builder when we had our 4th of July party I am really glad we stuck with you. I am just loving our new house. I can't wait to get home at night just to be here. I don't think you emphasize enough how energy efficient your homes are. I realize it's been an unusually cool summer, but I am just amazed at how little the air conditioning has to run even when it's hot. In our old house it ran almost non-stop, and in this house it seems like it doesn't run at all. Thanks again for everything. We’ll see you around.

We really love the screened in deck and sun porch. I get nothing done these days because I just want to lounge around on the deck with my two yelping dogs. Billy and I never expected the screened in porch to be so great. We knew it was going to be a big improvement and that you and Todd would do a professional job but never expected it to be on such a grand scale. I can't say enough about how much we like our deck and can't find anything to complain about, and that's saying a lot for me. Your contractors were all so professional and everyone of them did an excellent job. Thank you again and I will definitely spread the word about how great you and your Group are to work with.

Now that the dust has settled from our move, we wanted to take the time to write you a letter of thanks for our beautiful home. I remember our sigh of relief when you gave us the news that you would build our home on this coveted piece of property that we all had our eyes on. That relief lasted us through the entire building process as you all made it incredibly easy every step of the way. You eliminated any stress that is typically associated with building a custom home. All of the suppliers we worked with were also courteous and knowledgeable. We feel like we were able to achieve the majority of our design goals within budget. As Todd took us through the building process, he was always very thorough and informative. Never did we feel like we had to make any compromises. Ted and I have a motto that “if you want something done right, you’ve got to do it yourself.” Well you proved as a welcome exception to that rule as you built us such a quality dream home. We are very excited to raise our family here. From our entire family, thank you and God bless. It has truly been a pleasure working with all of you.

Bill and I are in the "final stages" of our update.  Todd Hartley, our builder/supervisor, told us it'd take about 8 weeks.  That said, we have added to our initial list and despite unforeseen delays which are common in suppliers, he's coming in ahead of schedule.

Todd has also done numerous updates as he went through the house and saw things that needed to be done. Neither Bill nor I can say enough good things about Todd nor the meticulous work he does.  We left town for 3 weeks during the deconstruction phase.  He and his subs worked non-stop to get as much of the work done while we were gone as possible - and as Bill has said numerous times, there aren't many people he knows he would leave the keys to his house to and leave town.  His work ethic and honesty are above reproach!  Though this was an incredibly messy project, Todd has kept the dust to an absolute minimum; daily cleaning before he or his crew leaves for the day; also has had a cleaning team in twice.

This project we've talked about for several years, never thinking we'd do it all at once, but ... when we met Todd several years ago, we knew we'd met the person we wanted to do the work when we got ready. I don't know if you have any projects in mind, but if so, I/we can't recommend Todd highly enough.
